Your Spine. What on Earth happened?

Your Spine. What on Earth happened?

You used to turn your head with your whole spine. We all did, as toddlers. As we get older, instead of each spinal vertebra rotating separately, they start to move together, restricting your ability to turn your head. We become stiff, or at least stiffer than we were as children. Your brain records these R.O.M.s (range of movements) and one of the stranger effects of this is to restrict your eye movements. If you could re-set your eye movements, your spine would move very differently.

Well, you can reset your eyes. In 5 minutes. And you might just change your posture.

These simple movements call upon some of the latest discoveries of Neuroscience (the study of the Central Nervous System). Its pretty amazing stuff.

As with the last video (which reached currently over 30,000 views now.) That's my biggest class ever...bigger than this one in New York two years ago:

So please let me know if it works for you (or not) on our Facebook page. If there is any part of your body you would like me to put up a video for...let me know. Thank you. If you get any slight soreness from these movements...well you already know what to rub on to stop the pain, right?
