First of all, I’d like to thank you for the pretty amazing response to my email, where I was asking about whether you are interested in knowing what you can do to avoid this problem with colds & flu at this time of year.

You might have noticed that some people never get sick and some people always get sick. What I had prepared for that… I feel like it's inadequate now. I got such a good response from you that I feel like I need to do a bit more and provide something a bit better for you. So I’ll be doing that in the next few days, so keep an eye on your inbox.

I’ve been involved in natural health for about 30 years and by the way, I am not a doctor, so any advice I give you is just what I’ve discovered over the years. I’ve also been a yoga teacher for 35 years, so very involved in natural health. I’ve spent far too much money on the internet trying out everything and anything that promised to help even just a little.

What We'll Be Talking About:
I know some of you want more information on things like information on inflammation; how inflammation affects everything we do. How you can change and affect your gut microbiome; we will talk about some of the new discoveries about how the gut effects literally everything; how the gut affects your mind. We’ll talk about lymphatic drainage. Magnesium and CBD oil, don’t tell anyone about that yet, that’s a secret one. Turmeric and Curcumin with Piperine; and how that works more effectively than almost any pharmaceutical drug to help deal with inflammation and which one to use.

With the Amazing Oils, some of you want to know how much you should be using and when to stop using it. I’ll also be offering some advice on very simple lifestyle changes. I MIGHT, I might teach some yoga, some yoga you can do while you’re sitting at a chair. Only if you like, you can just delete it if you don’t like it. Most of all, I wanted to say thank you again for the opportunity to talk to you about what you can do to help your everyday health. One of the most important things is of course sleep, I’ll be talking about how to… there are lots of different ways of working with sleep so stay with us and give me a few more days to get the next one out.
