The recovery combo

Haven’t tried the flakes yet but have tried the recovery spray, it works very quickly on application and has a cooling effect, smells good too.

Amazing product

I used to get shin splints after soccer. Using amazing oils recovery spray before and after playing has stopped 90 percent of the reoccurring shin splints. Highly recommended
