Great for joint pain
I've used Daily Magnesium oil for many years - it's very effective for pain, however this Flex Lotion is even better for joint pain. I've also given some to my Mum who swears by it for her arthritis.

My go to for instant relief
Am and pm any time at all even in the night , cramps, pain whatever just grab put some in the palm of my hand and rub all the areas needed. This product works so quickly it enables when to get back to sleep much quicker. During the day handy to have in several places. It’s also great on the top and bottoms of my feet.
Can’t recommend enough . Give it a try you will repeat order.
