Brilliant for aching muscles and body pain.

I have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and these Flakes are soooo good!

They pull the pain away.

The flex flakes are so good !

I felt extra pain relief compared to the OG magnesium flakes.

I get swelling in my feet along with nerve pain and at the end of the day a foot bucket with flex flakes is amazing !
