I purchased a bottle for my husband who has trouble sleeping and he's been using it for a few weeks now. It seems to have helped him get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.
The oil is lovely and lightweight and doesn't sting my hands when I massage it in as other oils have so its been good for my sensitive skin.
I would definitely recommend this brand.
