How long will a bottle last?
The 60ml contains approximately 30 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps / day) the bottle will last ~2 weeks.
The 125ml contains approximately 65 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps / day) the bottle will last ~1 month.
The 200ml contains approximately 100 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps / day) the bottle will last ~6 weeks.

How much elemental magnesium is in this?
For those of you who love the details, 2-3 pumps of this product delivers ~100mg of elemental magnesium. However, it is important to remember this is not directly comparable to oral supplements. You must always consider the bio-availability & absorption rate of the type of magnesium you're taking.
Will this product make me sleepy if I use it during the day?
Luckily, no. When you apply it in the evening to your lower back, behind the knees and tops of your feet, you are relaxing your sciatic nerve (the longest nerve in the body) which has a direct link to the brain (head of the nervous system). However, when you apply it to your upper body throughout the day the magnesium has a calming effect but isn't targeting that sciatic nerve.
Will this product make me itchy?
Our Sleep Lotion is one of our gentler products, so it’s a lot less likely to cause the tingly sensation associated with magnesium deficiency. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we would recommend slowly introducing it into your routine so your body has time to adjust.
If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
This product needs to be stored below 25'C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Have been using this at night to massage into my sore neck and shoulders and the scent is pure bliss to fall asleep amongst.
Would suggest that this is a slightly more feminine style fragrance, however if you're a bloke and can get past that, it is a perfect all rounder for men and women alike!
Also love the Sleep Gel, used that recently when I was out of the Sleep Lotion and feel perhaps a man may be more accepting of that scent.
I love them both, they help me relax and sleep so very well.
