How long will a bottle last?
The 60ml contains approximately 30 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps / day) the bottle will last ~2 weeks.

How much elemental magnesium is in this?
For those of you who love the details, 2-3 pumps of this product delivers ~100mg of elemental magnesium. However, it is important to remember this is not directly comparable to oral supplements. You must always consider the bio-availability & absorption rate of the type of magnesium you're taking.
Will this product make me sleepy if I use it during the day?
Luckily, no. When you apply it in the evening to your lower back, behind the knees and tops of your feet, you are relaxing your sciatic nerve (the longest nerve in the body) which has a direct link to the brain (head of the nervous system). However, when you apply it to your upper body throughout the day the magnesium has a calming effect but isn't targeting that sciatic nerve.
Will this product make me itchy?
Our Sleep Lotion is one of our gentler products, so it’s a lot less likely to cause the tingly sensation associated with magnesium deficiency. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we would recommend slowly introducing it into your routine so your body has time to adjust.
If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly, without feeling greasy, which I appreciate. I apply it before bed, and I’ve noticed that it helps ease muscle tension and relaxes me before sleep. While it hasn’t completely changed my sleep, I do feel a bit more restful and calm after using it. Plus, knowing it’s packed with magnesium gives me some extra peace of mind. Overall, it’s a simple but effective product to help wind down at night.
