How to Apply

The roll on makes it easier for me to reach to my feet where I put it on my toes (have arthritis in feet). Am now using on my knee (nerve damage & osteoarthritis) - live in a small town so postage cost is high - do wish it was available in pharmacies. Am going overseas so about to order 2 more to take with us - as have checked & not available in Ireland or Scotland that I can see. Don't want to be without it ever again.
