Directions

Tear open the top of the bag and pour 1/2 a cup into a regular sized bath or a tablespoon into a foot bath. Reseal bag after use. We recommend using in conjunction with daily use of your magnesium spray, gel or lotion.

How long will these flakes last?
The 800g pouch will provide you with approximately 8 luxurious soaks, or 25+ foot baths.
 
What if I don't have a bath?
We highly recommend you get one, they are fantastic. Otherwise try adding a tablespoon into a foot bath (could just be a bucket of warm water), this is still a great way to reap the benefits. You may prefer to use our amazing magnesium spray, gel or lotion instead.

Bath Time

I’ve heavily relied on this exact product for years as my best in home solution to sleepless nights and chronic fibromyalgia pain. Taken weekly as a routine bath I survive my days so much better and when a sleepless night from an extra hard day becomes utterly painful experience an extra bath is my only solution to immediate relief without medications.
