    Taking a warm bath in these amazing magnesium flakes is a highly effective way to relax and unwind after a long day. Magnesium baths have traditionally been used in many ancient therapies around the world. The addition of menthol adds to the muscular relaxation and recovery process.

    Directions

    Tear open the top of the bag and pour 1/2 a cup into a regular sized bath or a tablespoon into a foot bath. Reseal bag after use. We recommend using in conjunction with daily use of your magnesium spray, gel or lotion.

    How long will these flakes last?
    The 800g pouch will provide you with approximately 8 luxurious soaks, or 25+ foot baths.
     
    What if I don't have a bath?
    We highly recommend you get one, they are fantastic. Otherwise try adding a tablespoon into a foot bath (could just be a bucket of warm water), this is still a great way to reap the benefits. You may prefer to use our amazing magnesium spray, gel or lotion instead.

    Relief and comfort

    Love the menthol smell , we usually have the lavender flakes but find these are more effective for my sons muscle aches after sport .
