Magnesium Chloride
Pure Magnesium Oil from the Salt Lakes of Australia. Since it's naturally occurring, it has the added benefit of trace minerals - this is magnesium as nature intended it.
Xanthan Gum
A natural thickener derived from corn sugar. This is what transforms magnesium oil into a gel consistency.
The exact amount of magnesium you need is dependent on a number of factors like your age, gender and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, the average person will need to apply 8-10 rolls of our Daily Magnesium Gel a day.
We recommend you apply 4-5 rolls to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply it as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise. Don't forget to rub it in well for the best results.
