Frozen Banana Chocolate Cups

Like a little ball of creamy chocolate ice-cream!

These are an easy, healthy frozen treat that you'll be so glad you have in the freezer when your looking for that perfect bedtime snack.

What makes these little cups of goodness so creamy is the bananas. This wonder-fruit could also help you sleep! Bananas can help reduce stress and contain many nutrients that make them the perfect sleep aid.

Bananas are rich in sleep-promoting nutrients like magnesium, tryptophan, vitamin B6, carbs, and potassium, all of which have been linked to improved sleep.

This recipe also calls for cocoa or cacao powder, and almond milk - which are also known to be rich in magneisum.

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
