Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Raw treats that are fully loaded with goodness!

Bliss balls are a simple treat that pack a mighty health punch - fully loaded with magnesium!

These bliss balls are super simple to make, you just need a food processor.

They are the perfect little snack to keep stored in the fridge for whenever you need something quick and easy to eat, or are craving a (guilt-free) treat! The secret to the salted caramel flavour in these bliss balls is the Medjool dates. If you’re not familiar with Medjool dates, they are bigger, softer and have a more caramel-like flavour than regular dates do.

As always, we like to cook with ingredients that contain high levels of Magnesium!

Some key players in these delightful bliss balls are pepitas, cashews, tahini (unhulled), and medjool dates.

You can roll the balls in some unsweetened shredded coconut, or other options include hemp seeds, chia seeds, and cacao powder.

The tahini gives the bliss balls a rich caramel flavour, paired perfectly with the medjool dates.
