Magnesium Chloride Flakes
Highly absorbable form of topical magnesium that’s rich in essential minerals, sourced from the purest locations around the world.
Open the container and pour 1/2 a cup of flakes into a regular-sized bath or a tablespooninto a foot soak. For children, adapt the amount of flakes depending on their age and the amount of water being used (i.e. A baby bath should use approximately 1 tablespoon of flakes).
These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so we recommend thoroughly resealing the container after use.
Our Daily Magnesium Flakes are suitable for both cold & warm soaks up to 39°C (But don’t worry, you don’t need to carry a thermometer around)! The general rule of thumb is if you’re sweating, the water is too hot and your body isn’t effectively absorbing magnesium.
Our Daily Magnesium Flakes contain no chemicals, additives or nasties. They’re completely safe for children, and anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding to use.
However, if you suffer from severe low blood pressure or chronic kidney disease, please consult your healthcare professional before supplementing magnesium.
Our Daily Magnesium Flakes are a great way to boost your magnesium levels while enjoying a relaxing soak. However, to effectively combat a deficiency, we recommend also supplementing with a topical spray, lotion or gel.
How long will a container last?
The 800g contains approximately 8 bath soaks or 25+ foot soaks.
The 2kg contains approximately 20 bath soaks or 60+ foot soaks.

How much elemental magnesium is in this?
For those of you who love the details, 1/2 cup of this product delivers ~15mg of elemental magnesium. However, it is important to remember this is not directly comparable to oral supplements. You must always consider the bio-availability & absorption rate of the type of magnesium you're taking.
What if I don't have a bath?
We highly recommend you get one, they are fantastic. Otherwise, try adding a tablespoon into a foot bath (could just be a bucket of warm water), this is still a great way to reap the benefits.
